  DO NOT buy this game on Steam, buy it on Patreon. To get the uncensored version of this game (if you dont you only get the Robert route) you need to go to Kagura's website and download the patch. As of writing this, the Steam version is very behind of the Patreon version. They said they will upload another patch when all of the DLC is finished, which is not until AT LEAST MID 2022. I do enjoy this game and would recommend it, but before you buy this game check Kagura's website and Heaven Studios discord and Patreon to see if the Steam version is up to date with the Patreon version.

  Ayame Sawada is a very perverted woman with a very powerful sex drive. The problem is though, that she really does not want to be that kind of woman. This is the key conflict throughout the 20 different endings for Fleeting Iris. While many people look at these kinds of games and just see fap material (which is understandable) I think Fleeting Iris is more then that. Don't get me wrong I did find many of the H-scenes to be very arousing. Ayame herself is an absolute bombshell babe of course. So I bet people will love seeing all the different scenes she finds herself in. The art took some getting used to for me since its not a style I usually look for, but it is well done, and I came to enjoy it very much. With that said, what really stands out in this game for me is the stories and characters. Ayame's struggle is framed very well as a struggle about denying who you are. Several people Ayame meets continue to challenge her notions of what kind of person she should be. About if she really wants to be the prudish puritan that society says she should be. There are even scenes where she speaks to a therapist about these kinds of struggles and the game gives a pretty thoughtful answer to them. Fleeting Iris is a fairly open game that gives the player many choices to decide what path Ayame's life will take. The 20 different endings in 10 different routes that all happen based on the things the player chooses to do. All of these are very well written and cover a wide range of what to expect. Ayame can stay focused on her love of her new fiance who constantly works over time and leaves her alone and unsatisfied, or she can find ways to indulge her desires and eventually come to terms with herself. Some routes will actually feel quite wholesome, while others will take you on such a roller coaster of emotions that you will feel completely overwhelmed by what just happened. I have been playing the Patreon version which does include many extra bonus scenes that are unconnected to any routes and just count as free roam scenes that you can get if you meet the requirements. There is a morality system that goes down as you find more ways for Ayame to sate her desires, lower morality can unlock more scenes and more endings. If I had to pick one complaint it would likely just be that there are a few times where Ayame seems a bit too naive. Though it is expected since not only is Ayame trying to be the nicest most forgiving person she can be, but also she has the whole country girl in the big city vibes. So the naivety could be excused, especially since many situations just wouldn't happen if she didn't have that naive side. It all still plays out very well and rather believable I think. All and all this is quite the experience that really spoke to me about how much we should or should not value the traditional ideals of what relationships and sexual encounters should be like. Its worth playing through for anyone that cares more about a h-game with a deeper story and meaning to it.

  640*480 resolution just like any other Kagura games. If you go fullscreen you get pixels, literally!

  For some reason, I can't seem to unlock any CG scenes. The game takes me through the main story and skips anything CG related. Can someone tell me what I'm missing?

  absolutely great game! however it should be mentioned that some games on here are the child-friendly versions and once you buy the game you have to go here: https://www.kaguragames.com/product/fleeting-iris-patch/ (highlight > crt+C to copy link) to actually download the real game itself, which i honestly cannot fathom why this is the case at all and nobody or nothing has ever mentioned this once, which in the first place is why i honestly thought i was getting ripped off at first... my only gripe is the game window is really small and doesn't have any options to increase size that i am aware of, this game is awesome and is everything advertised 5/5 ...please Kagura/Starke, please let people know vital information like that

  The game progress is far too slow. The game is split into days, and each day again we need to search all of an extensive city in search of events, often only to find that there are none. And this repeats day after day after day. The game could be good, but having to find a needle in a haystack time and again causes the same frustrations that I have in mazes where there is no option to leave. I am beyond day 21 now with over 5 hours of gameplay, and had only 2 H-scenes yet, one of which was not even consensual. After all this time, her morale decreased only 3 points, from 99 to 96, meaning that I cannot take any initiative at all.

  The game is more like a web novel in a RPG style... you can't do much besides follow the routes but I loved everything behind it.
