  I "tried" the version 1.6.0 beforehand using the pirate version (sorry dev) to confirm the new NIS and FSR options are working for me and after 2 days of using it, it's safe to say that it works flawlessly! I bought it immediately afterwards :) It's a really must have for laptop users like me because it can be used to upscale 900p to 1080p without any visual difference + a lot more FPS! I tried it with Dota 2 and GTA IV and the most noticeable FPS/Visual bump was for GTA IV. I can now play in 60 FPS and have a crisp image! Thanks a lot for your development on this great software! I really love NIS and FSR implementations in the software. They are like magic!

  I use this app religiously on my GTX 1080. I'd go so far to say this is a must buy if you're using a GTX 1000 series or below. Doesn't matter if it's an FPS, Strategy, Racing, literally any game that doesn't already have AMD FSR natively installed benefits from this app. I often get between 30-50fps boost using this app. Make sure to look in the community area of this app to read how to use it properly. It's awesome, stop reading, just get it.

  Quod non potes facere sine. Stupefying upscaling utility with optimized scaling algorithms. A godsend to PC gamers world-wide and has the following benefits: <*>Will upscale your games at higher resolutions while processing at significantly lower resolutions. <*>Will significantly* reduce your gpu fan usage (*based on your gpu). <*>Will keep UI scaling consistent even on higher resolutions (UI text is based on lower resolution and not rendered resolution). <*>Run lower resolution limited games on higher resolution monitors without losing noticeable detail. <*>Can force games without border-less window options to run in full screen border-less windows. How to: <*>Set your game to desired resolution. Some games will not have a resolution option or will run at the resolution of your desktop no matter what you do. For these games just set your desktop to the desired resolution (2K,4K etc..) and run the game. <*>Set your game windowed. Not full screen border-less windowed which I believe requires different parameters. <*>Depending on game set Scaling Mode to (maintain)Aspect Ratio or Full Screen. You will know to use Aspect Ratio if your now border-less full screen game looks stretched. <*>Set scaling mode to Custom(manually calculate dimension multiplier or quotient between the 2 resolutions ) or Auto. <*>Set scaling type. LS1 / AMD FSR or nVidia NIS plus a slew of other upscaling algorithms. Game at (pseudo)4K, watch in game assets become finely detailed and watch your fan noise become non-existent (again gpu dependent). Rendering at higher resolutions also means higher levels of AA may not be required or even no AA again reducing the stress on your GPU. Thinking of spending a few hundred or even a thousand+ on a new GPU, now you don't have to. Going forward many games like Forza Horizon 5 (FSR 2.2) have or will implement newer versions of FSR though these versions are implemented in game and cannot be implemented in any utility. With thousands of games already on the market which cannot benefit from in game upscaling this utility serves an important role in PC gaming. Additionally has options for: <*>Hiding the cursor. <*>Scaling the cursor (cursor appears at lower resolution size), <*>Can adjust cursor speed, <*>Can prevent the cursor from leaving the game window. <*>Set preferred GPU and a whole bunch of additional rendering options. Though not every PC game imaginable may not work with Lossless Scaling it's been tested on a wide range of games. The developer is active and has recently implemented new scaling routines.. Note: Utility is not wrapped in Steam drm and can be run independent of Steam however Steam will not keep track of the time the utility has been running. If you wish to leave a review for the product then run the utility from Steam for at least 5 minutes. Quod non potes facere sine.
