  For those drag racing fans and sim racers that haven't had a deep and engaging drag racing experience in many years, this may be what you've been waiting for. There is no single player careers, campaigns or events, and that's not a bad thing in my opinion for what this is. It forces you to take your cars to open lobbies set up by you or someone else, and gives you a steady reality check of getting your behind handed to you by others as you learn to tune your ride and reflexes in a never ending search for the perfect run. Each car's performance is continually affected by changing atmospheric and track conditions, making every run different than the one before it and ensuring that to win in this game, there is always work to do. While I've only played a few hours of the beta version here, once I got everything sorted out on my end and started playing the alpha, I found it hard to put down and with continual improvements along the way, I look forward to spending a lot of time with this.

  Potential is there and I'm definitely happy to see a dedicated drag racing game in development, but as is I cannot recommend it at all. UI is horrendous, typos on nearly every screen, no way to test/tune offline, paint shop won't actually save your work, and the fact that there are two "early access" DLCs that cost more than the game reeks of a cheap cash grab. The design of the maps that I tried feel not well thought out; best example is that the staging lanes don't actually lead to the water boxes, you have to pull up to nearly the staging beams then reverse to get to them. All of those are fixable and that's why I'm not refunding yet because I really really HOPE this ends up being the drag racing game I've been waiting for. It does at least FEEL like it could be a good drag racing game, certainly the best attempt I've seen since Bethesda's Burnout Championship Drag Racing in 1998. Definitely hope the Devs include elements from that wherever possible: motors based on real world engines, actual engine building/tuning, and an extremely intuitive UI.

  I grew up playing Ihra drag racing 2 on the ps2. It had the great options to tune and customize the cars. There hasn't been a game like that in a long time. The new Nhra game , to me was a let down. This game is exactly what I want in a drag racing sim. I am super excited to see this game evolve as more updates come out!

  This game has potential, but its way too early to recommend. Much of the gameplay, sound, UI, graphics, and physics are not refined enough to make this close to being worth $15, even in an early access state. Also, why is the DLC packs that give you two cars cost more than the actual game? The fact that this really hasn't been talked about is baffling to me. Maybe one day the game will be worth it, but right now all it has is the bare minimum of what a drag racing game should be.

  yeah mate this one has potential if done correct some of the modeling ( graphics ) need work its 2023 the way the blowers just sit on the hood n no cut out and the dlc how can you charge 1.5 times more then the game game is worth for 2 cars and the sounds are bad also is there any thought of aussie cars i maybe able to help there. I hope this sim takes off and becomes really in depth of the real thing.

  If you love drag racing, this is the best game so far. Gotta do burnout, stage, transbrake, 2 step and bump box, then full send once you hit that .001 reaction time :) MURDA SQUAD
