  Too much money for something that doesn't feel like it's been improved in any way other than just made to function on PC. Disappointing!

  Played this as a kid. Exactly how I remember it as a kid. They want a premium price for a game that they just updated the graphics and nothing else. It's about 6 hours to beat, 3 extra for the 'puzzles' which is a clunky platformer. Game is stupid hard and then it's stupid easy, no real challenge in the middle. You spend most of your time running from the shop point back 2-4 zones. Nothing meaningful drops, everything I used was store bought. $5 for this game? Sure. $40? come on.

  A very dated game that hasn't been meaningfully updated in any way. Bought it for the nostalgia and was struck by just how rudimentary the whole thing is compared to even something like the original Diablo. Not a terrible game mind, but hardly worth the asking price.

  This is one of my favorite games from my childhood but for anyone having an issue with the game playing faster than normal all you need to do is limit the frame rate to 60fps in nvidia control panel. Go into NVIDIA Control Panel > Manage 3D Settings > Program Settings. Select the Dark Alliance Executable. Look for Max Frame Rate option. Set to 60 FPS. Hopefully this helps someone. :)

  Someone let me know when they fix the game to turn off turbo mode and I'll buy it again. I was excited about this because it was one of my most played games growing up but this version was unplayable when I tried it. I looked up solutions but if the solution can't be found in the game settings then it's just not worth finding

  Another PS2 Classic that now brings back so many happy memories of lazy days playing this game or watching my 2 Sons play it. It plays well enough on Keyboard & Mouse vs the old Days with the XYAB of the PS2 controller. Well worth the $20 spent when it was on Sale. Some of the Best Voice Talents did the cut-scenes like the Voice of Lord Xantam has to be the Guy who also did Mega-Bytes voice from the cartoon/anime TV show "Reboot", which is another thing I miss so much. This is a definite Thumbs Up, Yes for me , Enjoy. S_S
