The dev actually listens to feedback. That is awesome! I will start this by saying that I was a huge fan of the first game. It was very enjoyable for what it was even though it was lacking in several areas. For this game, I see constant updates and I can tell there is a lot of effort here but I cannot shake the feeling that it could be greatly improved in just a couple of areas. Please if you read this understand that I am just giving feedback and I'm not trying to be rude in any of it. This game has so much going for it and so much that make it stand out compared to other games. The grand scale is absolutely awesome and the fact that you can play it completely single player or co-op or even multiplayer if you want allows for pretty much limitless possibilities. Something I REALLY like about the game is that it has FIREFIGHTS. Not enough games put emphasis on this aspect of war. This game doesn't have a bunch of 1 and 2 shot engagements where the action ends that quick. It is very good in this aspect. Building destruction is another awesome feature. Sound effects lack punch. Nothing sounds impactful. I will say that the voice acting has greatly improved from what it was originally and I am very grateful for that, but guns sound like pea shooters. Footsteps could also use some overhauling because it almost sounds like somebody clapping on certain materials and in others when you would expect a good solid boot in dirt sound effect it sounds like barely anything at all Animations need some dialing in. It looks very clunky and it is very immersion breaking. This is not an insult, but they look extremely amateur and it feels like something out of the 1990s. I'm not talking about the weapon handling animations, those are mostly fine but I'm talking about the general movement of the third person models and such. Pretty much all of the movement just looks really... Not good. Second is the overall clunkiness feeling of controlling your character. I feel that when I am, there is a certain lack of control in fact. Now I know this game is made by an indie developer and I respect that, what I am saying is when you play other games even those by other indie developers, it doesn't feel like there is almost a weight to moving your mouse around. I understand that you are trying to make it so that we aren't super soldiers which I like and it almost feels like your weapon actually has a weight in your hand when you are moving the mouse around so you can't make quick snapshots as easily, but it is actually just frustrating and doesn't feel very good. Then it kind of feels floaty when I move my character as well. It almost feels like I'm floating instead of walking. And I'm not just talking about adding like camera shake, I don't really know how to describe it. It just feels very off. Next is overall performance, please continue working on this. I keep seeing that you post announcements about this constantly and it is good to see, but don't stop on that because even with different graphical settings, this stutters quite a bit. Other games that are massively more graphically intensive and have higher CPU usage don't lag this much. Then finally we come to the most obvious problem. The ai. Both their pathfinding and their decision making is very much needing improvement. Most of them all end up running in the same straight line to get to their destination and then they all bunch up and just act mindless. I have seen them repeatedly get stuck on small obstacles, they get stuck in doorways constantly, they get stuck in buildings, and overall it feels like I'm watching the game fight itself more than I'm actually fighting the enemy. The fact that this game offers aerial combat, vehicle combat, and infantry combat all encompassed into one giant battle is absolutely phenomenal and there are so many things that it brings with it that other games could never even touch upon. It is a marvel, but I feel like expanding to DLC already when there are still so many issues is a bit of a step backwards. I completely understand you need funding in order to keep working on this and that the funding will allow you to go even further. I think it was way too soon in development to move to other platforms but oh well. Interface is mostly good. Only thing: why do the marksman and the rifleman classes share the same image of just a standard rifle? Hard to tell which is which when switching between team members. Make the marksman have a scope for an image and call it good. Again, please don't take any of these mentions as me insulting the game. That is not my intent at all. As I said, I really like the first game and I bought this one pretty much as soon as it released. But it just feels like you guys are trying to get a good mix of both realistic simulation and arcade feeling gameplay but the overall experience is just hindered by some of these above points. Tldr: I think it would be really great if you could focus on getting the core gameplay to feel a little bit less raw and a little bit more refined before continuing to expand on other stuff.

No political bullshit, no hollywoodism, just historical authenticity. Play with tanks, planes, shoot realistic weapons with realistic mechanics in a destructible world. Also, the AI is very good. All this for a symbolic price. Great game for WWII collectors.

Excellent quality in this DLC. Maps and overall gameplay are a big improvement over the base game. Absolutely worth the asking price.

Definitely worth the money, some of the most fun I've had in this game, a mix of wide open combined arms battles and close up intense infantry combat. It's an absolute steal for the price, it's like it's on a permanent 50% sale. Highly recommend buying, plus you get to support one of the most dedicated devs I've seen.

Extremely well done and actually does address issues i've had with base game maps. If you like the main game, go for it.

This is honestly the best DLC I have played in a indie game and its cheaper than a pack of Jerky from the piggly wiggly.
