  So, been looking forward to this one for quite a while, as it seems to have been on it's way FOREVER, and I find I need a middle ground between recommending it and not recommending it. It's a shame, because it's been a long time coming. It's Early Access, sure, and the price is fair for that reason, but House Flipper it ain't... nowhere near. If you're expecting something along those lines you may be disappointed. There are little glitches but no crashes (on my system) so the game itself seems solid enough, but there's not enough there for me right now. It needs some polish. For instance, the soundscape could be enhanced to reflect the surface you're walking on and the type of thing you're smashing up. Flooring and wall surface can (and will, no doubt) be extended to more than just tiles and carpets. The animations are just a little too basic. Also it let me power-wash a fuse box with no consequences, so there's that. There's also no real reason why I'm renovating this place... Have I been hired? Do I own it? Am I doing community service for a crime I didn't commit? I DON'T KNOW! There's a lot to do. BUT... don't let me put you off. The ambition is great... you can renovate freakin' STADIUMS (when you get there) and, let me reiterate, this IS an Early Access game for less than a tenner. There's massive room for improvement and I'm hoping it'll come as the development progresses. So I'm sticking with it, and I'm looking forward to seeing it progress into a decent title.

  I had plenty of fun playing Arena Renovation - First Job, so I grabbed this title as soon as it had entered early access state. After playing a while I have zero regrets of buying it, especially considering its price. I like the high variety of objectives that you can do in this game, but the thing I enjoy the most is furnishing the place to my liking. The graphics are very good and at the same time well optimized. It won’t make your PC gasping for air. If you enjoy all sort of chill simulators then you should give this game a try.

  This game has been on my wishlist for years so I was excited to get the email saying it was available. Since I've played so much House Flipper I found the controls a little clunky at first because I was automatically going to HF controls but once I got used to it I found myself not getting as frustrated with it. (Except when I had to keep switching to hand mode just to move scaffolding!) As it's early access there are still some glitches (I think someone else mentioned about lag spikes during auto saves). I also noticed that some furniture doesn't have the green or red outline when you try and place so you have to look out for the pop up saying there isn't enough space to place the item. There is also A LOT of freedom with item placing (the tiniest nudge can mess up a perfect line of lockers!) But you're not told what items to use, you just have to place a certain number of items per room which is shown by percentage. I would still recommend the game because, even with it still needed to be refined, I enjoyed just sitting back, cleaning and revamping the locations. I will definitely continue playing and looking forward to future updates! P.S; I do feel that there needs to be a bit more context to the story, maybe something about us or the jobs we're given? Why are we fixing it? What happened? ect.

  I've looked forward to this game for a long time now, finally the delays are over. They've now brought it out as early access, but they should have waited longer. It's got some very obvious bugs and balancing issues that need to be ironed out before it's in a decent state to play. The game itself is good, nothing we haven't seen before in house flipper. Start small, build up, get money, buy your own place, sell it for money. There are other missions to complete before which helps build up your XP and get new skills and places to buy. I have some issues with the clear up section, especially when 1 piece of paper takes up 1 space in the garbage bag, but then a massive piece of wood also takes up 1 space. Cardboard boxes need to be smashed with a hammer, but a broken shelving unit, nah pick that up with your hands and put it in a plastic bag. There seems to be no consistency either, some banners on walls can be picked up with hands, some need to be hit with hammers. For the most part, there's no point in the pressure washer. You can just get your trowel out, cover everything up and move on. For some reason, throwing trash away, painting, troweling walls all gained me money. Should that not cost me money? Lastly, just before I came to write this review, the 'Exit' button on the menu didn't work as I just ended the game. Basic stuff. Give it a try by all means, but my feeling is that it's not quite ready yet. If it continues to be well supported and patches fix the basic issues, I'll happily be changing my review.

  Pure disappointment. It's a shame how it moved from a grand and inspired concept of "Stadium Renovator", with big stadiums and managing those to 4 uninspired arenas (Table Tennis Hall, Small Tennis Hall, Small Basketball Hall, Football Field). At least it's - compared to other renovation games - a lower price. But it would have been more satisfying to just play another round of House Flipper or Power Wash Simulator. I know it's early access, but I don't have much hope for this one and won't be coming back to this. Yes, I bought one arena to try to renovate it and sell. One wall was buggy, so I didn't have the patience anymore. The only good thing is that you have already buyers telling you what they want in this part of the game play. It's actually the first time you get to have contact to other virtual people. Before that it's a loveless, isolated and repetitive job. It might be too late for me but it would be an improvement to blow some life into this game by introducing at least some kind of story or - as a minimum - a mailing system in the tablet that simulates some sort of communication or customers. There's just nothing there now.

  Its a decent game, wouldnt recommend it right now in this state, u cant even normally exit the game, if you later on want to sell buildings, repurposing the rooms is bugged, only 4 arena's to do mission wise. 5/10

  This game is so much fun! It can get a little repetitive after doing the areas over and over again, and I haven't played other games like this such as power wash simulator so I can't tell you how similar the games are. I really like the concept of the game, and you should definitely give it a try. If you don't like it, remember the game is in early access so there will be bugs and it's always an option to refund but I think this game has potential. You should def try this.

  I was having a lot of fun with this game. Then I encountered a bug that makes me want to stop playing entirely. I almost had the third level completed, but when the fourth unlocked, it automatically sent me there without giving me a chance to finish the third. So I went back to finish it, and my progress had completely reset, so that was nearly 3 hours wasted. Not doing it again. Probably won't even play again at all, because I can't progress any further without committing another 3 and a half hours to redoing something I already did.

  Been following this game since the infancy of development, hoping it was going to involve baseball. I saw it develop from soccer/football pitches to its now-multiple facilities. The gameplay is early development, but the early release is still very exciting to play. Overlays, gameplay, and strategy is all what I expected and more. Definitely worth the buy for some fun content to play.
