  As much as I wanna recommend it for the meme. Nah, this game sucks copious amounts of ass. Don't buy it, it's been left on a cliffhanger since 2012 and the story is... well you know, this.

  I bought this game two years ago, thanks Mandalore for reminding me of this hilarious gem where the deathnote protagonist catfishes and murders pedophiles.

  As someone whose played through the game (and the REDACTED version of file 1 before this) I can say watching someone else deal with this game's bugs and aimless wandering with an audience around is far more entertaining than engaging with it yourself. The bugs will never get fixed, the likelihood of the game even being finished is closer to 0 than 1 (File 2 has been coming out Soon(tm) for years now). And a lot of labor that went into this went uncompensated to say the least. But this game is quite the experience, and if you can watch your friend play a copy you should take up that offer if you're interested!
