Free Flo Introducción

Free Flo app is a period tracking app that helps you to know your own body, your menstrual cycle and observe any symptoms.

The features are

- You can track the next date of your cycle based on your previous period date.

- You can write the symptoms and when your period started and ended, to see the regularity of your periods. This feature is created to track your symptoms so the next time you go to the doctor you can remember the same.

- There is also a place where all your records are kept safely i.e. Your previous dates, symptoms, etc.

- You can also resolve ALL your unsolved queries related to periods and puberty on a personal chatbot.

- There is also an info page, Where you can see detailed information about What are periods, What is puberty, Hygiene tips during periods, and what to keep in a period kit. There is also a feature where you can see what to eat and what to do during periods, before periods, during puberty, etc.

- Also, there is a feature where you can add all your closest friends and family’s number to help you in “those” stressed times, (when you are not prepared for your periods) and send customized messages to your saved numbers
